Mustang S550 owners are in a unique position; a huge aftermarket network, engines with incredible tunability and a long-standing tradition of performance excellence. Of course, even with endless engine, transmission, suspension and other types of modifications available there’s always other areas to improve upon. Namely, the body panels. Although modern cars arrive at the party with thin metal and fiberglass body work, there’s still plenty of room for dropping weight and increasing functionality.
Anderson Composites has been keeping busy cranking out well-crafted, lightweight and very durable carbon fiber body panels and components for the current Mustang since it launched in 2015. Everything from hoods, doors, side skirts, fenders and more are already in their growing catalog. However, they’ve recently announced three new options, with more to come.
