BMR Suspension Announces AC and Heater Delete Panel for S550 Mustangs

Looking for a way to drop the weight from your drag-focused, quarter horse? One of the best ways to do so is to ditch the heavy A/C and heater system from the car. Most people do this, but when why do, there’s a gaping hole in your firewall and it looks pretty unsightly. Sure, we’ve seen guys fab up their own solution, but or friends at BMR Suspension have taken the guesswork and fabrication time out of it for you.

Official Release:

BMR Suspension AC and Heater Delete Panel for S550 Mustang

Decrease weight and improve engine accessibility on your S550 Mustang with an AC Delete Panel from BMR Suspension. Race cars do not need air conditioning and deleting the system can save almost 50 pounds. Constructed from CNC laser cut 1/16″ aluminum, BMR A/C Delete Panels are lightweight as well as rigid to resist flexing. The BMR AC Delete Panel (ACD761) is patterned after the opening of the OE A/C box.

BMR has designed the ACD761 for hardcore drag racing and road course applications. Installation time is 1-2 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A.
