50% MORE POWER TO PULL, PASS, OR PLAY (ON PUMP GAS!)

At ProCharger, you won’t find any hand-drawn dyno charts or “made-up” crankshaft HP numbers that folks can’t verify. We give you the facts and only the facts. Our systems are designed to run on premium pump fuel 91-93 octane and give you 50-55% more horsepower than the GM factory rating.

This is SERIOUS power you can feel in the seat of your pants (or when the rear tires howl for traction).

PROVEN DYNO RESULTS

When GM rates these trucks for HP and TQ, they use an SAE rating that is measured at the crankshaft of the engine. However, once that power is transferred through all of the moving parts and pieces to the actual wheels touching the ground, some of that power goes missing, lost to friction. How much is lost you ask? Well, based on our testing data on these particular trucks we have seen it to be right at 25%.

That large drivetrain loss is not uncommon for something that has very heavy-duty items in the drivetrain. However please note, lighter-duty sports cars can be half of that percentage loss, even with modern automatic transmissions.

Below are dynographs in both correction factors (SAE and STD). SAE is the industry standard to be used when measuring HP and TQ output (Same as GM uses) however we included the STD chart as well, since some folks on the internet use that correction factor as well. NOTE: Both of these graphs are from the same run on the dyno, the only difference is which correction factor is displayed.

BOLT-ON 150+ HORSEPOWER IN YOUR GARAGE

We say “bolt-on” a lot, but what does it mean? Well, it means that as long as you have common hand tools and a free day on the weekend…you can take everything we send you in a box and “bolt it onto” your truck. Even the PCM tuning is included and doesn’t require you to fire up any laptops or use any handheld devices. Simply send your PCM to us and we’ll flash it and overnight it back to you. Yup, if that sounds too good to be true…it isn’t.

When ProCharger engineers designed this system, they wanted to make it as DIY friendly as possible. Meaning, there is no cutting, bending, or tweaking of any sort being done to the truck. In fact, the entire system can be removed if you are ever trading in the truck or selling it.

However, if you want to have someone install it for you, that’s also not a problem at all. ProCharger dealers are located all over the US (and the world) and can be accessed using our Dealer Locator.

TOUGH AS NAILS: BILLET BRACKETS, HEAD UNIT, AND IMPELLER

You bought your HD truck because it’s built to take the abuse you throw at it, and so is this supercharger system. Could we make the system cheaper by using inferior cast brackets and supercharger parts…sure we could. But we are a company built on building not only the most powerful superchargers around, but also the most durable. Which all starts by using the highest quality of parts from the billet to the bearings.

Features:

  • Bolt-on kit
  • Pump gas friendly
  • Adds roughly 150hp to otherwise stock L8T truck
